		<description><![CDATA[Wow, strange. Wait, that sounds mean - lemme clarify. I&#039;ve grown up with Mexican-American, homestyle menudo. I&#039;ve never really had (gourmet, I guess you can say?) recipes. If I may suggest, something to add greatly to the flavor would be some kind of homemade chile - the canned stuff is okay, but some heat is lost from the &#039;canned&#039; effect, as well as some of the flavor. A little bit of lemon afterward helps, too.

EDIT: And now I feel like an ignorant bastard now that I&#039;ve read a couple other blog posts and recipes. Please, excuse me  I&#039;ll be in the corner.]]></description>
