		<description><![CDATA[Yum! Try using italian sausages. Pan fry the pork sausages before sauteing the garlic &amp; (red onions) to render fat. You may also replace  minced tomatoes with canned crushed tomatoes &amp; add some tomato paste &amp; red wine for added flavour. More Yum! Red kidney beans will also work perfectly with this recipe. This is a bit italian so don&#039;t spare on herbs. :)]]></description>
