		<description><![CDATA[I steamed quite a large piece of fish in soy sauce yesterday and still have some leftover that I decided to make fish balls. Here&#8217;s the recipe&#8230; Ingredients: Left-over cooked fish, deboned and flaked 2 tbsp of minced onion 1 tbsp of minced garlic 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs salt and pepperCombine all the above ingredients in a saucepan and mix well. Shape into balls and chill. Heat oil and fry several balls at a time until browned. Drain on paper towels and serve with ketchup, tabasco or sweet and sour sauce.
