		<description><![CDATA[Just one of those days when we are rushing for a lot of things and don&#8217;t wanna have rice for lunch&#8230; Ingredients: ham lettuce leaves large tomatoes, sliced hard-boiled eggs, chopped Thousand Islands dressing (I ran out of mayonnaise) butter, shredded (or grated cheese) a pinch of salt &#38; pepper 1 tsp of sugar Prepare the egg sandwich spread few hours before serving time. In a small bowl, mix the Thousand Island dressing, eggs, shredded butter, salt, sugar and pepper thoroughly. (You may add chopped parsley and onion if you like.) Chill.
