		<description><![CDATA[Happy Easter! So busy with giving a fresh new look to our HS class website (using Mambo) that I forgot I have a food blog. So here is a quick one. I&#8217;ve realized that I always cook prawns or shrimps with butter for the past years that I forgot how simple cooking shrimps can be like halabos na hipon (shrimps cooked w/ salt and from its own juice &#8211; no water at all). As I planned to cook shrimps without vegetables, I prepared potatoes and carrots and steamed them together with the rice. How this is done? Peel the vegetables. &#8230;]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I didn&#8217;t cook this time but the dish is too good not to be shared. Anyway, this is very easy dish to cook. Lunch 2 weeks ago. Ingredients: 1/2 kilo of prawns (or medium-sized shrimps) 1 tbsp of minced garlic 1 onion salt &#38; pepper 2 tbsp of sugar 2 tbsp of oyster sauce (the MSG if u want) Saute the garlic in butter until golden brown.
