		<description>Try this: Pan-fry the rice and garlic first, then add the egg and others later. Let it coat the rice. Can also season with a bit of soy sauce.

My version: PETCHAY FRIED RICE!

1. Cook petchay (I don't know what they call it there...), ginisa style - half-cooked only! Make sure there's at least some soy-based sauce (not enough for the veggie to float :) ). Optional: Fry very thin strips of tofu or vegimeat, then add to petchay...

2. Add cooked rice (preferably leftover/cooled-down). Stir until sauce is gone or rice is evenly colored.

3. Add eggs. No need to beat them, just splash them on! :D Stir madly before they get cooked to evenly coat rice.

4. Grin! And taste this wacky dish...
