Been really, really busy. Oh well… above was dinner few nights ago. Clam soup with long beans and mushrooms.
Green beans, cut about 2 1/2 inches long
A piece of ginger
1 medium onion, cut into halves
Soak the clams for hours to make sure they are clean. Pasukahin ika nga ni Mommy. Wash several times and set aside. Add onion and mushrooms to a pot of boiling rice water. Season with salt and bring to a boil. Add the ginger, long beans and clams and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the beans are cooked. Serve hot.
