I have done this few weeks ago but my boys just can’t help but ask for more. The recipe is very much similar to this sans sugar and Sprite.
Salt and pepper
4 tbsp of crushed garlic
Cut the shrimps’ antennae. Cut along the shrimp back from head to tail and devein. Rinse and pat dry. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the shrimps and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil until smoking hot. Fry garlic until aromatic and set aside. Deep-fry the shrimps in batches for about 2 to 3 minutes or until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Serve with rice and soup.
