I didn’t cook this time but the dish is too good not to be shared. Anyway, this is very easy dish to cook. Lunch 2 weeks ago.
1/2 kilo of prawns (or medium-sized shrimps)
1 tbsp of minced garlic
salt & pepper
2 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
(the MSG if u want)
Saute the garlic in butter until golden brown. Add the prawns & onion plus all the other ingredients all at once. Cook w/ low to medium heat for few minutes or until the sauce is thick & almost dry. You can also add some parsley or spring onions. As side dish, we also had some steamed green, leafy vegetables w/ sauteed shrimp paste.
